CarePartners Foundation is committed to preserving the availability of post-acute healthcare in Western North Carolina by working with donors to fund vital services. We focus on the needs of those who receive care from CarePartners, which provides Rehabilitation, Home Health, Adult Care and Hospice. We also make grants to community agencies working to improve the health and well-being of people in Western North Carolina.

“I am lucky to be where I am today. Without CarePartners I never would have gotten this far.”

About CarePartners Foundation

The Foundation is here to make sure CarePartners can provide critical services to the people of Western North Carolina today and into the future. Without the Foundation, many of the services available today would not be offered in our communities and many patients would not be able to receive the care they need to return to a normal life.

“Our role is simple, to help people get their life back.”

~ Scott Buchanan, President & CEO
